Nova M Radio Network is conducting a contest for the new “Founder’s Club” program.  The grand prize for the contest is a cash prize of $10,000.  Here are the rules and regulations for this contest:

  1. To enter the contest, a participant needs to sign up for the “Nova M Radio Network Founders Club” at www.novamradio.com.  Participants must sign up for the annual subscription of $100, or a monthly subscription $9.99. There is no purchase necessary to participate in the contest (see below).
  1. Employees of Nova M Radio Network, any other sponsors, and employees of affiliate radio stations are not eligible. Contests are not open to owners, officers, employees, consultants or advertising-marketing agencies of/for any media companies.
  1. By participating, winner grants permission for use of their voice, image, and telephone call to be recorded and re-broadcast for promotional use on the Nova M Radio Network.
  1. Contest winner that accepts the prize of $10,000.00 will be required to sign a release prior to acceptance of said prize.  Winners will be required to sign a liability release holding Nova M Radio Network, parent company, Nova M Radio Inc, affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or content.
  1. This contest is open only to people 18 years of age and older. 
  1. Winner will be responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any.  All federal, state, and local laws apply.
  1. There will be no substitute of prize.  Prize is non-transferable and not negotiable.
  1. Winners of the contest will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries. Nova M Radio Network is not responsible for entries not received due to the difficulty accessing the internet, service outages or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches. All on-line entries must be filled out completely.  This also applies to non-purchase applicants.
  1. To participate in the contest without purchase, contestants must mail a postcard to Nova M Radio Network at 824 E. Washington, Phoenix, AZ., 85034.  Applicants must include name, full address, age, and telephone number.  Nova M Radio Network is not responsible for any difficulties due to mail service.  Limit if one no-subscription entry per person.  Those submitting multiple entries will be disqualified.  All mailed in submissions must be legible.  Nova M Radio Network will not be responsible for interpreting individual hand writing.  Mailed in applications will be excepted, based on post mark, through the day that we get to our 5000 paid subscriptions.  Mail in applications will be combined with the 5000 paid subscriptions to create a total pool from which a winner will be drawn.
  1. The contest will be closed to all participants when 5000 original annual members are obtained through the Nova M Radio Network website at www.novamradio.com.  No specific, or estimated, date of contest close is given by Nova M Radio Network. 
  1. At the time of drawing a winner, all entries, either from subscriptions or postcard, will be combined and given to a third party non-affiliated with Nova M Radio Network to draw a winner.  Winner will be contacted by Nova M Radio Network to have prize awarded. 
  1. Nova M Radio Network reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, which will become effective upon announcement by the Nova M Radio Network and/or by a web posting at www.novamradio.com.
