How do I renew my my Founders Club Account?
If you already have a Nova M Founders Club account and you need to renew use the following link:
http://www.novamradio.com/renewal
If the above link does not work please cut and paste it into your browser's location bar.
I paid with PayPal how do I set up my username and password?
You should have already received
an email from the subscription system asking
you to create a username and password for access
to the premium podcasts and archives.
In case you missed it, please click the following
URL to create your unique username and password:
http://www.novamradio.com/setup
If the above link does not work please cut and
paste it into your browser's location bar.
A few things to note; The email address requested by the password-setting page is the email address that PayPal has recorded for you. You should enter it exactly as it appears in PayPal, including any capitalization. The system uses this to find its record of your transaction. Also note that while you can enter anything you like for the username and password, you will have to match what you originally entered in terms of which letters are capitalized and any spaces whenever you are called upon to use them to authenticate your access to the premium features.
How do I cancel my PayPal subscription?
- Log into PayPal
- Click "History
- Select "Subscriptions" from the "Show:" drop-down box.
- You may need to select a longer timeframe from the "For:" drop-down box if you have had your account longer than a month. Try selecting "Past Year".
- Press submit.
- You should see an entry called "Subscription Creation". There will be a link in the "Status" column that tells you the status of the subscription. If it says "Active", click it.
- Click the button that says "Cancel Subscription" and follow the remainder of the steps.
That's it. You stop getting billed monthly for the subscription, but this will not end your access to the archives. You will have access until your current paid subscription expires.
Why can't I download podcasts with Juice?
Juice has a known bug that prevents it from working with password protected podcasts.
We have reported this to them on their support forum, almost a year ago, and they acknowledged the bug.
Since that time there has been no additional development on Juice.
The last revision was version 2.2 from 2005
Until they do a new release, and fix that outstanding bug, we recommend you use Apple's iTunes to fetch the podcast. It works correctly.
How do I manually subscribe to podcasts, the iTunes link doesn't work for me?
Podcast subscription intructions;
On your iTunes, go to the "Advanced" menu, and select the "Subscribe to Podcast" item.
Enter one of the addresses below into the "Subscribe to Podcast" box that pops up, and hit the OK button.
Your new podcast should now be in the podcasts section of your iTunes, and should start downloading pretty much directly.
Addresses;

How do I use your podcasts with my Zune? The Zune software will not download them.
The Zune software appears to have no way to deal with a truly password-protected podcast.
However, if you install Apple's free iTunes application, and use that to fetch the podcasts, the Zune software will find that podcast and be able to download it to your device.
